Here is how to check if your Machine Credential is connected properly:
Open Tax Manager, go to Action, SBR Configuration.
Select your Machine Credential under Machine. Click Test Connection.
Your machine credential is connected properly when it shows Test passed successfully.
If is fails, you may need to create a new machine credential.
