Practice Management: Timesheet Access Issue: User Sees Another User’s Record

When a user logs on to their Cloud timesheet, they are presented with another user's timesheet.

Follow the steps below to rectify the issue:

  1. Log off from Cloud Timesheets, log back in,

  2. Check if the Cloud Timesheet UI defaults to the current login user.

  3. If the issue persists:

    1. Clear the browser cache.

    2. Delete the existing bookmark for the timesheet URL.

    3. Create a new bookmark using the URL https://timesheets.access-aps.com/.

    4. Test the timesheet functionality after making the changes.
