The following error occurs when attempting to do an Infotrack search:

Invalid Search

An error occurred creating the search for user
​*Email address of user*
​Status Code/Description = Unauthorized/Unauthorized
​Error Message =

To resolve this error please use the following steps:

  1. Open Infotrack and reset the password.

  2. From the APS Main menu, open the Fee Earner Console.

  3. Update the password to reflect the same one used for Infotrack.
