Practice Management: Remove rights to Add Client in Central Console?

To remove rights, an APS authorized person or APS admin person has to use the JOE Admin Console.

  1. Go to the APS main menu, JOE Admin Console.

  2. From View, select the dropdown option Users/Profiles.

  3. From the left-hand panel, select the required User/Fee Earner.

  4. Click the Icon (Hand with RED Cross) from the Tool Bar for the JOE Rights.

  5. Select Central Console.

  6. Expand the Allow Add.

  7. Double-click the Personal box to cancel the rights.

  8. To save the change/update, go to the APS main menu, double-click on Show all Applications.

Note: It is best practice to ask the user to log out of the APS and log back in after any change or update.
