An issue has been reported in APS Tax and APS Tax Manager & Elite Forms where upon produces the message above.

Once you click on close, no EFTRS data is received from the ATO, although there has been money deposited into trust account by the ATO and the report should have been received showing details of the money deposited.
The error is because the tax agent does not have any valid FIA (Financial Institute Account) details. The accounts have been end-dated. The ATO are currently making changes to the troubleshooting processes.
To resolve the issue
Please unsubscribe (please note, any payments received during the period they are unsubscribed, it will not show in the report).
The tax agent will need to update their FIA details. The FIA/EFT details can be updated using the MAT Service by following steps 1-2 of Access APS: Download EFT reconciliation report. (Please note, in the majority of cases it takes around a week to update instead of 28 days).
Wait for 24 hours and re-subscribe.
Retrieve any undelivered EFT reconciliation reports from the day after the re-subscribing, using the Retrieve Pending SBR Reports button in Batch Processing, Lodgment screen.
