To resolve the issue, please complete the following steps to check if the Windows Profile Name is missing from the Fee Earner Console: Login Name.

To locate the Windows Profile Name:
In the computer search bar, type Settings.
Go to Accounts.
Take note of the Windows Profile Name.
To check it is entered in APS:
Go to APS Main Pane, Fee Earner Console, Details Page, Login Name Field/Instance.
Check if the Windows Profile Name is present, enter or adjust as required.
