A number of different errors can occur when using the Prepop function. This is the button to Add Income Details held by Inland Revenue for a Tax Return.

The Prepop function relies on the Automated Tasks setting on the Tax Agent web page being Enabled. Please follow the steps in this article: Reset Automated Tasks to resolve the errors.
