To resolve the issue, carry out the following checks first:
Check the JOE Admin and SUP settings are set up correctly by comparing them to another user who has Xcede working correctly.
Check that the ODBC is set up correctly. Ensure there is only a system DSN and no user DSN connection. Try to recreate the connection.
If the above checks do not resolve the issue, complete the steps below:
Locate the Xcede.user.config file by going to Windows, File Explorer, and then to C:\users\<username>\appdata\Reckon\Xcede.
If this location path doesn't match your setup, find your location path from Trusted locations in the Trust Center. (Open Excel, go to File, Options, Trust Center, Trusted locations.)
Delete the Xcede.user.config file. The file will recreate when you next generate a report.
Close XPA and reopen.
Generate the required Xcede Report.
