When opening Cloud Tax from the Tax Agent Console/Web View or after entering your MyIR credentials, the theme defaults to Dark mode and must be manually switched back to Light. In some cases, the Dark mode setting persists even after changing it to Light, resetting when Cloud Tax is closed and reopened. There is also an issue where the toggle doesn't work at all, and you are stuck in Dark mode.
Our development team are currently investigating this issue. As a workaround, use Firefox or Edge, it should default to light mode in these browsers.
