When creating an amended return, the old Tax Agent name is being pulled into the amended returns; when I create a fresh return, the correct Tax Agent name pulls in. Is there any way to update the Tax Agent name in the amended return?

Resolution
Go to Batch Processing, Selector.
This will populate the options/filters to select clients that you would like to make changes to. Please modify this according to your own requirements. Once satisfied with the filter or selection criteria, click OK. This will populate all the returns from the database that match the criteria.
Right-click on the list to select returns. If all returns need to be selected, you can right-click on the list and use the Select All function.
Once returns are selected, right-click and select Add to selection. This will bring up all the selected returns to the right screen. Click Next.
Under Task, select Alter Agent Attributes from the drop-down list (All the returns to be changed should now appear on your right.)
Select the From Agent and To Agent. (Once the current or old agent is selected for the From Agent, all returns with that agent will automatically have a tick in the tick box, making them ready for the change to be applied.)
Click Apply. All the returns with the tick will be changed to the new tax agent. Once the process completes, the new tax agent should be updated.
Note: For the changes to flow through to the actual return, Integrity Check needs to be run in Tax Manager for each return.
