In Tax Manager, Return Defaults, Contact Type, change the contact name field to another staff member. For example, Steve Jobs.
Check that the contact details for Steve Jobs have been entered under the Fee Earners console. If you don't have access to the Fee Earners console, please access via your Administrator.
Update the contact details via Integrity Check. You should see the different contact details for the new staff that you selected. Tick the contact details in the Integrity Check window.
You will see the contact details have been updated in the tax return.
Repeat these steps to change the contact details of any other staff if required.
