If the issue is NOT resolved in Step 1, apply one at a time steps 1 to 3.
Step 1
Click Control, Alt, and Delete on your keyboard.
Click Task Manager.
Highlight 'aAAttribEdit.advStartApp' (COM).
Click End Task.
You will now be able to Lodge.
Alternatively, you can reboot the workstation to clear 'aAAttribEdit.advStartApp' (COM).
Step 2
Go to Windows Control Panel then Programs and Features.
Run a Repair of the latest install of APS Practice Management.
Step 3
Uninstall the APS Practice Management Software fully.
Then Reinstall.
