The following configuration for logging is available for WM 3.0
Instructions
Close the Central Application list and logout of Access APS.
Open C:\Adv2000\log4net.config (Notepad)
To assist with debugging we would recommend changing the level value from WARN to ALL to track everything. The other option is ERROR.
Open Access APS Central console and login into Workpaper Management.
Recreate the steps of where the issue is.
Open the log file from %temp%.
Find the log file (yellow highlight above)
Close Central Login Application.
Go back into the Open C:\Adv2000\log4net.config (Notepad).
Update the <level value =”WARN”/> to turn off the additional logging.
