Follow the below steps to update the rates:
The rates can be automatically updated with a new Version control file, or manually in: Tax Manager, Sys.Admin,Utilities, UOM Rates. The password is xat.
The taxUOMRate table appears. The rates apply from the uomDate to the uomEndDate. The dates need to follow on without any days missing:
In the uomEndDate column, locate the bottom cell, which should contain a future date. Update this date to 15/01/2026, which is the end date for the 2025 UOM rates.
In the bottom empty row of the table, select the uomDate cell and enter 16/01/2026, the start date for the 2026 UOM rates.
In the adjacent uomEndDate cell, enter a future date to keep the rates active. In the screenshot, this is set to 2099, although the rates are likely to change before then.
In the uomUnder cell, enter $8.97, and in the uomOver cell, enter $2.25.
Close the table. The new rates will now be active.
