Practice Management: Unable to exclude inactive rates in the Rate Matrix report

The Rate Matrix Report includes disabled rates in the current rates category.

The Rate Matrix report can be used to identify the active and disabled rates in the report output.

This enhancement will enable users to perform this task with ease and efficiency. This feature improvement is included in Practice Management Version 11.3.

To display both active and disabled rates in the report output:

  1. Go to the Central console and select the Rate Matrix option from the Action menu.

  2. On the Advance rates matrix control form, click on the Reporting icon to launch the report Rates Matrix list.

  3. Apply the below filter to show the current rates.

  1. Include the Status field in the output section to be shown in the report. This field will indicate whether the rate is active or disabled.
