APS Online: Error: 91 Object variable or With block variable not set SQL=SELECT Max([Account Code]) from [Accounts]'

This error may occur when creating a new ledger and selecting the Accounts tab in the File Details screen.

It is typically caused by a temporary connection issue between the SQL server and XPA.

Close Access APS Online and log back to resolve the issue.
