Within your clients tax return, press the Pre-fill dropdown menu and selectDownload.
This will access your current machine credentials setup in Tax Manager. If the SBR Profiles window displays, select the correct profile and click OK.
The prefill report will now be downloaded. Once the transmission has finished, the following message will display notifying a successful download.
Note:If you have previously downloaded a prefill report for the client's return and tried to download again, a download warning message will display requesting further action.
Step 2. Reviewing the Pre-fill report
Once the pre-fill data has been downloaded, the pre-fill report screen will display. This tab can also be accessed by selecting the Pre-fill dropdown and clicking View Data.
Review of the report data can either be done through the pre-fill screen or printed out via selecting the Pre-fill dropdown and Print Report.
Step 3. Integrating Pre-fill data
Once the data has been reviewed, there are two methods of integrating the information into the return.
