When trying to view an invoice or statement from the Central Console Debt screen, the user gets the following error:
Error showing preview panes.
Unable to display the preview panes.
Unable to create report
Value does not fall within the expected range.
This error is caused by Invalid Central icons on the Desktop or Taskbar.
To resolve the error, showing preview panes, complete the following steps:
Delete the current desktop & taskbar icons to Central.
Create new icons pointing to C:\Adv2000\aACentral.exe
