To change the EOFY date for Sync Direct
From the main APS Applications Menu, open the Client Console.
Search for the Client in the Filter Field.
In the left-hand menu, navigate to Sync Direct.
All the existing feeds for this client need to be deleted to be able to change the EOFY date. For each feed, expand the selection, right-click, and select clear. Click OK to the pop-up 'Do you want to delete this feed'.
Once all feeds have been removed, the ability to change the EOFY date will be available.
When the date has been changed, the feeds can now be recollected.
