When doing a Quick Word Merge you may get one of the two error messages below:
Error 430
Description: Class does not support automation or does not support expected interface
Source: cmdMerge_Click <- axQuickWordMerge
OR
Error -2147319779
Description: Automation Error
Library not registered
Source: cmdMerge_Click <- axQuickWordMerge
These errors are caused by an environmental conflict with the Access APS file axQuickWordMerge.dll.
Follow the steps below to resolve this error:
Registering the axQuickWordMerge.dll file.
In Word ensure that the Macro Security level is set to Low.
Register the C:\Windows\System32\scrrun.dll file.
Run an Office repair from Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
Uninstall and reinstall MS Office as a full install (all components).
Run a Windows repair.
