In an amended individual return, whenever a user is changing any information and attempting to save it, they receive the title error message and the return closes without saving any information. To resolve this error:
Open Tax Manager.
Delete the amended return causing the error message.
Save all the information from initially 'lodged' original return.
Delete the original return in Tax Manger.
Create the original return again and enter all the information manually.
Change the status to 'lodged'.
Create an amended return.
Open the amended return, add information if necessary and save.
It should save the information without any error.
