This error has corrected in Tax 2026.2.0 released on the 25th June.
Before you attempt to to lodge the activity statement, you will need to open the activity statement, click on Refresh validation and Save.

The 'CMN.ATO.AS.EM92025' error occurs when there is already a lodged activity statement amendment form on the ATO portal (The same DIN has been lodged). Check the ATO portal to confirm.
The error can also occur if the Activity statement reversible status is not reversible. To check the status, go to Properties: Amendment details. Activity statement reversible status : Activity statement not reversible.
This occurs due to the amendment indicator in the payload not been activated.
