When collecting from MYOB via SyncDirect in Client Console, the following error occurs:
Exception has been thrown by target of an invocation.:
{"Message": "Access denied"}
The MYOB username or password is not correct for the company file.
Follow the below steps:
Check the login name for the MYOB Cloud file matches the email address used to login into MYOB Cloud.
Confirm with your client that the login details are still the same, they may have updated these.
Ensure that the person accessing the file has Administrator rights.
