APS: Platform Matrix

Single Quad Core Processor, 16GB RAM, 50GB allowed for the Database(s), additional disk space is required for backups. There are no specific RAID requirements; however, as this is a database system high IO (Input / Output) throughput is required. 50 to 100 user site, we recommend that PM and PIQ are run on different SQL Servers of the same spec. 100+ user sites, please contact APS.

Respective Express versions of SQL server are compatible with APS products except for PIQ. Please also be aware of the builtin SQL Express limitations.

Virtual server environments are designed by IT Infrastructure Specialists in consultation with their client. Every situation will be different. Our applications expect to be provided with the equivalent environments as if there were physical servers hosting the applications.

2 GB disk space available.

When purchasing Office 365, only desktop versions of Office 365 are supported with APS products. Eg Office 365 Business Premium. Please ensure that the version of Office you receive within your Office 365 subscription is supported by the APS products that you use.
