When the connection is lost, an option window will open where there are three options to select from; the option to work offline has been selected for the above to happen. To resolve this, please complete the following:
Browse to the ADV2000 folder on the affected machine.
Locate the aADBConf.exe file and open it. The connection string will read as Offline.
Update the connection string with the correct string information. Note: Please check on a working machine for the correct Connection string for your site.
After entering the correct connection string, click on the Update button. Click Yes.
Click OK and Close to exit the File Set up window.
Note: If it is only affecting one PC, you can copy the APS.acf file from a working PC's C:\ADV2000 folder to the affected PC's C:\ADV2000 folder
