To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
Open the System Administration Console.
Navigate to the Attribute Console.
Select Maintenance.
Open the appropriate page where the attribute was originally created.
Locate the required attribute. The existing options for the attribute will be displayed.
Enter the new option in the available field.
Save the changes to make the new option available for selection.
