Open Control Panel, Programs and Features and search for APS.

Confirm if APS Tax Forms Package (2011–2021) is installed.

If you can only see Access APS Tax 2026.1.0 and 2026.2.0, it means the APS Tax Forms Package (2011–2021) has not been installed.

The APS Tax Forms Package (2011–2021) will need to be installed by your IT team.

Once the installation is complete, recreate the Activity Statement.

1. Open Control Panel, Programs and Features and search for APS.
2. Confirm if APS Tax Forms Package (2011–2021) is installed.
3. If you can only see Access APS Tax 2026.1.0 and 2026.2.0, it means the APS Tax Forms Package (2011–2021) has not been installed.
4. The APS Tax Forms Package (2011–2021) will need to be installed by your IT team.
5. Once the installation is complete, recreate the Activity Statement.
