Practice Management: Remove an Attribute Instance Selection Criteria for a Specific Client

A client has book keeper attribute instance and a book keeper name been assigned for that instance. However, at a certain point, the organisation decides to leave the book keeper attribute to be blank for that specific client

Follow the below:

  1. From the APS Applications List, open Central Console.

  2. From the left-hand pane, select Attributes Band.

  3. From the tool bar, turn on Edit Mode.

  4. Select the required Attribute Instance.

  5. Right click on the Attribute Instance, then click Delete Instance.

  6. Press OK from the pop up Delete wizard box.

  7. Click on OK in the new pop up box (ignore the information).
