Follow the the below steps to enable the field to be changed to No:
Remove the Interest overseas expense (label J) amount from the Business income worksheet in the return.
Once that's removed, then the IDS required question will be No
Tax Australia: International dealings schedule (IDS) required
The IDS required question is answered Yes and cannot be removed. Unable to change the IDS required field from Yes to No.
