Tax Australia: Cannot open return and it freezes/crashes/missing information

Tax Manager freezes or crashes when opening a return or return is blank Tax return freezes when rolled forward or Return created without rolling forward doesn't open Tax Manager is Not Responding and need to force close Multiple users can't open a return

If the return has a large number of assets/shared rentals/distributions coming from another return or rolled from previous year, please allow 10-15 minutes for it to sync all the information and load.

If some of the information is missing or not shared/distributed, make both the return in an editable status and click Synchronise. The missing information should flow through.
