To resolve this issue please follow the steps below:
Go to the Dividend and Interest Paid Schedule, select the Investor.
Ensure to complete; Street, Suburb, State and Postcode details appropriately for an Australian address.
Note: For international/overseas/foreign address, the State and Postcode must be left blank, they can be entered in Street – line 2 instead. This is because those fields are only for Australian States and Postcodes as per ATO Specification. The Suburb or Town field can still be filled.
