Below are the steps on how to use Tax Data Extractor:
From the APS main menu, navigate to System Administration Consoles.
Open Tax Data Extractor.
Using the drop down menus, select the Tax Year.
Select the Return Types.
Select the Agent.
From the lower left, tick the checkbox Recreate all Data.
Click on OK. You will see in the bottom left corner the number of returns that this process will refresh.
Confirm Do you wish to overwrite the existing data for the tax year ___? with Yes.
A small window will show the extraction process. This may take awhile depending on the volume of information being updated.
Extraction of the tax data completed successfully will show once complete. Confirm with OK.
