SyncDirect: Error: 'Failed to load mapping destination'

After data is collected the following error occurs during the mapping stage:
Failed to load mapping destination elements. Check the Parameterize String is correct

This error occurs when the workstation on which the mapping is being done does not have the Microsoft Access Database Driver installed. Please use the following steps to resolve:

Check if the driver is installed

  1. Go to Control Panel.

  2. Administrative Tools.

  3. ODBC Data Source Administrator (32-bit).

  4. Drivers tab.

If no Microsoft Access Driver is installed

  1. If no Microsoft Access Driver is installed, download the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 (32 bit).

  2. Right click the Zip file, Properties, tick Unblock, Apply, OK.

  3. Extract and run the Database Engine.

  4. Restart APS.

  5. Retry the Mmapping.

If there is Microsoft Access Database Engine 64bit installed

  1. Use silent installation for 32 bit.

  2. Cmd command: "C:\”FileLoaction”\AccessDatabaseEngine 32-bit.exe" /quiet

  3. Once installed, restart APS.

  4. Retry the mapping.
