Steps to remove credit card surcharge wording from your invoice layout in practice management.

You can remove the credit card surcharge wording from your invoice by editing the invoice layout in ReportDesigner. You'll need access to the C:\Adv2000 folder on the computer where practice management is installed.

⚠️Important: Make a copy of the invoice layout file before you make changes, so you can restore the original if needed.

  1. Open ReportDesigner.exe from the C:\Adv2000 folder.

  2. Browse to the folder where the invoice layout is stored.

  3. Open the invoice layout, then remove the credit card surcharge wording.

  4. Save the layout.
