If the share of franking credit from franked dividends amount is showing incorrectly in your individual return, this is usually caused by incomplete information in the trust distributions received worksheet.
Follow the below steps to review and correct it:
In the Individual return, go to Income, 13 Partnership and trusts.
Click the Paper clip icon, select the Trust distributions received worksheet.
Review the trust worksheet and check whether any information is incomplete.
If any fields in the trust worksheet are incomplete, fill in the missing information and recalculate the return to update the franking credit amount.
