A FALSE response to Were the thin capitalisation rules applicable to you? and Did you rely on the $2 million threshold exemption? then at least one TRUE response at either '90% asset threshold' or 'Certain special purpose entities'.

If both label A and B under International Dealings Schedule Question 30c are set to FALSE the validation error is triggered. The ATO rules state that either label A or label B must be set to True or YES.

We have raised this issue with the ATO to investigate.
