Ensure the form type has been added in the Process Engine Console using the following steps:
Open the Process Engine Console. Ensure to choose the correct Process.
Select Process Range.
If the Public country by country type is not available, right click on the screen and select Create New Range.
Select Public country by country and confirm with OK.
How to use the Public country by country as a return type
Open Tax Manager.
Click the Add icon.
When the Add Tax Return box appears, you will see the Public country by country available as a return type.
