Access APS

Error: 'The token you entered does not match a registered DataLoader.

If you are creating a DataLoader in ClicData you will need to save it first so that it is registered in the system'.

This error occurs if a 64-bit data loader is used for APS. 

The following will need to be added to the Registry Editor:

Open the Windows Registry Editor (regedit) and navigate to: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ClicData\DataLoaderService

The registry configuration has been updated to use the APAC endpoint, as indicated in the screenshot where the WsUrl ends with ".au".

3. Restart the Data loader service.

Event log: Token not valid - next check in 66 seconds.
Event log: Token value changed - resetting backoff and re-checking validity.

APS Evo: The token you entered does not match a registered DataLoader.
