Tax Australia: No database match found in ITCRPT

In APS Tax reports, some clients do not display a Sort Name in the Partner column, despite a Partner is assigned in the Central Console.

This occurs when spaces have been entered within the TFN fields. As a result, these clients are excluded from the ATO standard reports.


Remove the spaces from the affected TFN fields. Once corrected, the ITCRPT report will display the Partner details correctly.
