Your default printer settings need to be updated.
Follow the steps below:
Open Control Panel by pressing Windows + R, typing
control, and pressing Enter.Navigate to Devices and Printers.
Right‑click the required printer and select Set as default printer.
Right-click the same printer and got to Printing Preferences.
Go to the Paper, Quality, or Advanced tab (depending on the printer model).
and confirm the paper size is set to A4.
