The error: 'Value item already exist or cannot be added' can occur in two different scenarios:
When selecting a Fee Earner in the Fee Route or Fee Approval steps.
In the Approvals tab of the Fee Creation Wizard.
This error occurs when two Fee Earners share the same name in the Fee Earner Console. To resolve the issue, rename one of the Fee Earners.
