Practice Management: Error: Unable to display the preview panes

Error showing preview panes. Unable to display the preview panes. Invalid correspondence item.Correspondence SMTP configuration settings are missing or invalid. Ensure that all Entity and SUPS level Correspondence settings are configured correctly.

  • For Practices using the bulk emailing feature, valid SMTP settings must be entered on the Correspondence page in System and User Settings. Please contact your IT department for the correct SMTP details.

  • If your Practice does not use the bulk email feature but has the Use Bulk Email option enabled in the System and User Settings module, you will encounter the same error. Please set Use Bulk Email to FALSE.
