APS Online: Unable to download files from the Practice IQ site

Any attempt to download files from the PIQ site results in the message: Download started. To see it, press F11. This option is not available, so the download is unsuccessful.

Ongoing Chrome updates have impacted the ability to reliably support the File Download function within APS Online when running in Full Screen mode.

To avoid this issue, ensure Chrome is opened in Maximised mode and not Full Screen mode.
