This error occurs because the new entity does not have a postal address assigned in the Entity console. A postal address must be added to the entity.

Click the padlock icon to enable edit mode.

Locate the Postal field and select the ellipsis (…) button.

Search for the required address and click Select to assign it.

When generating a statement we receive the following error
