Contacts+: Workflow+: Quick Filters

Learn how to use our quick filters to easily locate jobs and tasks. Quickly identify jobs and tasks that are unallocated or assigned to inactive users using these filters.

All Inactive Users filter

From the Jobs or Tasks tab, disable the My Work toggle and open the Partner, Manager, or Staff filter to reveal the quick filters. Selecting All inactive users will automatically select all inactive users and display any related jobs or tasks that are still allocated.


You can also select individual inactive users to drill down into a specific user and view any jobs or tasks that are still allocated to them.

This creates an instant filtered view, making it easy for admin users to reallocate jobs and tasks to active users.​

📌Note: Jobs or tasks assigned to inactive users that are closed or locked cannot be edited and will always remain in the filter results.

Unallocated filter

You can use the Unallocated filter to quickly view jobs or tasks that aren’t assigned to the selected Partner, Manager, or Staff filters, or any combination of them.

This enables you to quickly allocate these jobs or tasks so they appear in users’ personal views and ensures they are not overlooked.
