To resolve this issue please review the following:
Run a New List. The client's ledger might have updated since the 901 list was last run.
Include all values in the filters. Ensure all Tax Agents, Managers, Partners, Departments and Responsibility filters have Select All ticked.
Under the Filtering section near the top right, select Show All. If Show Due Amounts is selected, the list will exclude clients with 0.00 tax owing.
Ensure the correct Tax Type is selected - INT, GST or Both. If Both is selected, the list will populate, but you will not be able to process these letters. Processing is only available when either INT or GST is selected.
Check if missing clients have a date set against 'Termination Date in the Client Console, Details tab. Terminated clients will not show in the 901 list.
Notes to consider:
If a client appears in a 901 list for a specific Due Date, any changes made in that Client's Console will not take effect in the 901 application until the client is deleted from the list, and a New List run.
For example if a client's balance month changes in Client Console, you may run a list for the client's new Due Date and notice that they're missing.
In such cases, open the existing Due Date list in the 901, delete the client from the list, then open the client's new Due Date list and run a 'New List' to show the client.
The same goes for changes to the tax return matter Partner and Manager. Changes made to one or both will not show in the 901 list until the client is deleted from the list and a New List run.
