DP (Remote desktop protocol) does not allow copying of files or images, only text.
As a work around follow the below:
Go to the Workspace page, copy the files into the R or S drive.
Access the files directly from the server, save as required.
APS Online: Copy files from APS Online to the local desktop
Is there a way to copy files out of APS Online back to the local desktop.
