If your Practice is using the bulk emailing feature please ensure valid SMTP settings are entered in the Correspondence page in System and User Settings. Contact your IT department to obtain the SMTP details.

However, if your Practice does not use the bulk email feature, but has enabled the Use Bulk Email option in the System and User Settings module, you will also face the same error. Please change the Use Bulk Email to FALSE.
