📌Note: The same process applies for populating Partner and Auditor details.
Follow the below:
Open Central Console and go to Relationships.
Right click and select Add New Relationships.
Select the Public Officer from the drop down box and click Next.
Select the appropriate relationship to be established. The relationship will be Public officer.
Ensure the relationship direction is correct. For example, ABC PTY LTD has the auditor of Jennifer Bloggs and not that ABC PTY LTD is the auditor for Jennifer Bloggs.
For new returns, the Public officer details will automatically populate in the company tax returns. However, for existing returns, an integrity check will need to be performed to push the details into the tax return.
To perform an integrity check:
Go to Tax Manager, Return Defaults, Action, Integrity Check.
Tick the Select box that corresponds to Public Officer details.
