This issue can occur due to one of the following scenarios:
In environments where you a have dual screen and others have single screens, the duplicating of the custom layouts was causing some display issues when this was done from a dual screen environment to single screen users.
You are working on two different environments. For example, dual screens at work desk and the work console is moved onto the second screen and not moved back to the first screen at log off.
This issue can also be replicated using the third party split screen, such as SplitView, FlipView etc.
To resolve, hold the Shift key down when launching a Console. This will bypass the custom layout and position the form to the top left hand corner of the primary monitor.
In order to stop the issue from happening again please redesign your custom view. You may require your Access APS administrator to duplicate the Custom layouts.
